This modern four-bedroom home is the perfect beach holiday escape for families, couples or two families looking for a memorable getaway. Our little slice of paradise is the perfect location to explore some stunning beaches only steps away. Drift is the ideal holiday home to enjoy all that a beach side lifestyle offers. This beachside home offers a wonderful space for up to 9 guests to enjoy. You can relax in the spacious open-plan living and dining room that spills out onto the tranquil entertaining area. Picture yourself with your favourite chilled beverage, while relaxing in the hot tub after a day at the beach. For those who love to cook, the kitchen has all you will need, including a full range of utensils, sufficient cutlery, crockery and glassware for two families, dishwasher and Nespresso machine & BBQ. BEDROOMS: Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms including one King bed with ensuite & Juliet balcony. 2nd bedroom with Queen Bed, 3rd room is perfect for the kids with a set of triple bunk beds (1x single, 1x double), TV, board games, and toys. Adjoining the bedrooms, is the main bathroom. The 4th bedroom downstairs functions perfectly for a second family, consisting of Queen Bed and ensuite with private access onto the garden. (Single ottoman trundle bed available for extra guest or for a child to sleep downstairs). LINEN & BATH TOWELS: Beds are made up for your arrival and each guest is provided with 1 x bath towel and 1 x face washer. BATHROOMS: Upstairs bathroom = Shower, bath, toilet, & vanity. Upstairs ensuite = Shower, toilet, & vanity. Downstairs ensuite = Shower, toilet, vanity. Hand wash, hand sanitiser, and toilet paper provided. OUTDOOR LIVING: The backyard is fully enclosed and has a cubby house for the kids to enjoy, a fire pit, and a hot tub. The front yard and driveway offer ample parking & easy access with sufficient space for a car & boat trailer. GUEST ACCESS: Access to the entire house, except for a locked garage. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Strictly NO parties or events. Breach of house rules and/or excessive noise will result in guests being asked to leave. Free Wifi Ducted air conditioning in bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 & living areas. Keyless entry, guests are provided with 4 digit access code the day prior to check-in.
