River Levels could impact some availability of the following amenities: Floating Dock (removed in fall), Peninsula availability, Fire Pit usage. Guests have full access to the home along with a private floating dock included. Boats can park along the side of the dock. There may be times of low or high water when its unavailable and sometimes unavailable due to plant growth. We like to give our guest their space to enjoy their time. We are always available by phone or text if anything is needed. This property is located along the bank of the Mississippi River backwaters. The river poses safety issues and should be respected. Life jackets are required on the dock/shoreline for children under the age of 12. The bank of the river consists of loose rocks that will slide and should not be climbed on.
