Greer "Elk Haven" #101 @ Riverbend Cabins

Summary: A happy little cabin in the Riverbend Complex just off Main Street in the heart of Greer AZ. We love nature and can't wait to share our mountain cabin with you and your small group. Elk Haven is at the end of the cabin complex with lots of yard to stretch out and enjoy family time. Dogs are welcome for a $50 fee but we only allow up to 2. We have WiFi, Smart TV & Direct TV satellite service with Phoenix channels for our "local" stations. The Space: Elk Haven is a 520 SQ FT log-sided cabin with a cute porch and forested front and back yards. You may be visited by many different types of wildlife during your stay. Both bedrooms have adjustable beds and comfy new mattresses. We have added ALL NEW bedding, pillows, bath linens, kitchen items and appliances. All of the windows have screens to let in fresh Greer air and listen to the sounds of nature. This cabin is truly a hidden gem. Cozy and clean with sweet homy touches. Guest Access: As a guest at Riverbend, you are welcome to fish the banks of the Little Colorado River (AZGFD license required) behind the cabins and you will find a pathway at the bottom of the fence that leads along the river to the North. USNF lands are across the river behind the private property fences. Please ask for specific details. The Neighborhood: The cabin is a short walk downhill to the Little Colorado River and a skip across the shallow river to National Forest meadows. The small village of Greer has a lovely foot path meandering down to shopping, coffee bus, restaurants, local library & post office. We are 3 miles from the local fishing lakes and steps from the Little Colorado River and 30+ hiking trails. Greer is a special place and we hope that you find peace in nature while you are here. Getting Around: You can easily walk to most areas of Greer. ATVs and SxSs are very popular throughout Greer for travel. If you want to rent motorized sport vehicles, we can connect you with our local supplier. Other Things to Note: This is a newly listed cabin. We updated all of the appliances and furniture in July 2021 and we now have internet services! We do not allow fires on the property due to constantly dry conditions and closeness of the cabins. Riverbend guests can enjoy the Little Colorado River between the 2 fences at the bottom of the cabins. Please don't cross the bridges to the neighboring private property. The owners of that property are very strict with their NO TRESPASSING policy.
