NIGHTLY RATES: Off-Peak: Sunday to Thursday $129 per night, Fri and Saturday $199 per night (or $700 weekly). Peak: Sunday to Thursday $199 per night, Fri and Saturday $289 per night (or $1,415.70 weekly). Peak Periods are from 15 December to 31 January every year plus the four day Easter long weekend and all Western Australian public holidays and school holidays. $500 Security deposit applies. A further $100 cleaning fee applies to each booking. $75 surcharge for one night only. Excessive cleaning incurs an additional charge of $40 per hour. Valid photo ID and car rego required. 25% discount on nightly rates for bookings of 30 - 90 days. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a minimum 8 night stay from Dec 24th through to 01st Jan is required over the Christmas/new year period. 2.00 pm check-in (may possibly be varied by written arrangement). 10.00 am check-out (may possibly be varied by written arrangement). A minimum five (5) night booking required over the new year period. No parties or school leavers and in general, please respect the neighbourhood. Please bring your own food, drink, toiletries and towels. Should the BBQ gas bottle be unexpectedly empty and you want to have a BBQ, firstly please accept my apology in advance, to then take it to the local service station or to Bunnings (each being about 1 km away), and grab a "swap and go" replacement and I will reimburse you upon production of the receipt plus give you an extra $5 for your trouble.
