Country house with pool in stunning location

Villa Bošket is located near the small, tranquil village of Vižinada, high above the Mirna Valley. Sublime and embedded in vineyards, olive groves, meadows and forests, the villa is perched on a small hill.from here you have a breathtaking distant view over the fertile, green Mirna valley to the mountain town of Motovun. The 230 m² house was restored by the hosts over the years with great attention to detail in Istrian country style. The Istrian influences are reflected in the combination of wood and stone as well as in the rustic furnishings. On the first floor of the house, in addition to the living and dining area, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 more bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/WC, or bathtub/WC. A special highlight of the villa is the very well-kept spacious garden, lushly planted with flowers, shrubs and stone plants. Here it blooms all year round! Where is your favorite place? By the pool with the gorgeous view, in the summer kitchen at the barbecue or on the breakfast terrace? For your children is also taken care of: on the property there is also a small playground with swing, slide and trampoline. So you can relax by the large pool with Jacuzzi and enjoy the sun. By the way: The host is known beyond the region for his excellent wines and olive oils. He will gladly give you an insight into his daily work. Upon request, you will learn everything you need to know about wine. In addition, the host offers wine tastings in his wine cellar or guided tours through his vineyards. You are also welcome to accompany him to the grape harvest. A wine tasting is of course included. Let the Istrian wines surprise you! Collected over four generations with almost 100 years of tradition, your host brings a wealth of experience. You can taste it! For bike enthusiasts there are 4 bikes available, with which you can do the shopping in the village or explore the surrounding area. Directly below the house passes probably the most famous bike path in Istria, the Parenzana. This runs along the old railroad line from Trieste to Porec. Numerous viaducts and tunnels make this route a special experience. Especially the section from Vižinada via Motovun and Livade to Grožnjan is recommended (approx. 36 km, ascent approx. 280 m).
