This AONB offers excellent walking, with pretty beaches, sailing and river trips at Fowey (5 miles) and Mevagissey (11 miles). Sailing tuition is available at Fowey. Bird-watching and fishing at Luxulyan and on the Fowey river. Golf at Carlyon Bay (3 miles), horse riding and the old port of Charlestown and St Austell, all within 5 miles. Shop 1½ miles. The Manor Wing (GPB) and The Linney (GPC) can be booked together to accommodate up to 8 guests. The banister/balustrade height in this property is less than 1m and therefore extra care maybe needed especially if you have small children in the party.
