The apartment, which is in a small, private complex near the beaches, consists of a living room, a compact, well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with air conditioning, as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The apartment features free Wi-Fi, a television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are provided (upon request). Guests can take in the spectacular mountain and sea view from the apartment and enjoy the outdoor amenities, which include a furnished garden and a wonderful swimming pool with outdoor showers. Guests can also dine al fresco in the spacious open and closed terrace, a private feature. The apartment is just 1 to 2 minutes (1 km) by car from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues along the harbor waterfront. The apartment is just a 3 to 5 minute (1 to 1.5 km) drive from the Platja des Traves and the Port de Soller beaches along the scenic seafront. The area also offers excellent outdoors activities, such as mountain hiking in the Cova des Migidia and the Puig de Balitx just 12 minutes (4 km) by car and they are also accessible by public transportation. Puerto de Soller also features many cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and coastal landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 40 minute (37 km) drive from the apartment.
