Crow’s Nest is a cosy top floor apartment, which has stunning views from the sitting/dining room and kitchen that over look Polruan’s waterfront and the Fowey estuary. It’s located on the 2nd floor of the old, ‘Captain’s House’, which is a two minute walk from 2 pubs, the beach, a bakery, grocer’s, a cafe and the foot ferry to Fowey. The apartment is made up of two bedrooms, compact kitchen, bathroom, hallway and a sitting/dining room. Polruan is a historic village set on a small peninsula that slopes down to the harbour on the Fowey estuary, to the south are expansive views of the English Channel. Fowey is a five minute ferry ride, where you will find many shops, pubs and restaurants, boat trips, canoe hire and much more. The village is located on a hill, which some might find challenging, but is very much worth the effort for the walks and views. Due to the narrow streets, access to the property is inaccessible to most vehicles, the nearest drop off point is 80 metres away, the main car park, St.Saviour’s is approximately a 5 minute walk and costs £25 for a week.
