This home is located on a quiet, walkable road, close to a beautiful overlook of the surrounding area and a stream with several small swimming holes to dip your feet into. You'll be able to spend your days shopping and dining in Banner Elk, walking the town's greenway trail, or even attending a wedding at one of the many venues nearby (The Barn at Cornerstone, White Crow Wedding and Event Center, Valle Crucis Apple Barn, and Overlook Barn, to name a few). You'll come home to a tree-lined cabin with an outdoor firepit and a back porch that runs the entire length of the house. Inside, natural wood and quality furnishings adorn the two-level living space, which includes such thoughtful touches as free WiFi, a Sonos bluetooth speaker, and a flatscreen TV with streaming capability. The focal point of the main floor is the wood-burning stove, which warms the living room, the dining room, and the open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The two bedrooms are on the first floor with a cozy loft - offering another lounge space and several sleeping nooks - upstairs.
