Welcome to our Lake Front, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It is connected with about 3 acres of the wooded area which makes this property extremely private. It has a hot tub for 7 with a view of the lake, kayaks, and a natural wood fireplace. Front the street house looks like not much, but when you walk in, you get pleasantly surprised with three floors of windows and so much natural light... Due to the short-term rental licensing house is limited to 10 people and four cars but can comfortably support up to 16 people, but this restriction does not apply to long-term rentals (30+ days). Firewood is available for an additional cost. Please enquire price & delivery of firewood at the time of booking. Guests who want to check in early or check out late will be charged an additional $20 per hour. We provide starting supplies, spices, salt, roast ground coffee for the coffee machine, tea, and sugar. We have a Keurig machine, but we are not providing K-Cup. If you are booking in less than 3 days before check-in community charges a late registration fee of $150.
