It has easy access to Sacramento’s vast network of bicycle lanes & trails, including the American River Parkway. Home sleeps a maximum of six guests. Strict no smoking or parties! The Space: The home is fully stocked, with a spacious kitchen, new appliances, and everything needed for cooking, baking, and BBQing. The home features two master bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds and attached bathrooms, and the office/den has a queen-sized sofa bed with a luxurious SlumberAir mattress. The office includes a dedicated space for remote work, complete with printer and office supplies. The backyard includes an outdoor lounge area, dining set, sparkling saltwater pool, and hot tub. You’ll be close to Sacramento’s many popular attractions: the California State Capitol, Old Sacramento, Railroad Museum, Convention Center, Crocker Art Museum, Golden One Center, Raley Field, restaurants, shopping, and more. Close to Highway 50, I-80, and Bus-80, and only 20 minutes from Davis. Cleanliness is key! We thoroughly sanitize the home before each stay and offer disinfecting wipes, soap, detergent, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant spray. If you are bringing your own, please do not use any that contain bleach or harsh chemicals that could damage or discolor the furniture. Thanks in advance! Guest Access: Parking is available on the private driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Street parking for one vehicle (in front of home only, not in front of neighboring homes please) is also available. Getting Around: Lyft, Uber, Driving, Public Transit Other Things to Note: COVID-19 POLICIES: If you plan on testing before your arrival, please do so before the cancelation date to ensure a full refund if you can no longer keep your reservation. You must cancel at least one week prior to your reservation check-in date to receive a full refund. Thank you for your consideration! IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BOOKING: The house manual must be signed and the check-in form completed before check-in date. These will be sent in an automated message after your booking is confirmed. Photo ID can be uploaded to the check in form. This is required by the owner to match the name on the reservation. Thank you, and we look forward to hosting your stay! HOUSE RULES: - Quiet time at 10:00 p.m. No loud music, please. - No parties. Any additional guests not accounted for on the reservation must be preapproved by the host. No more than the maximum sleeping count (six persons) is allowed on the property unless approved by the host before check in. If an unauthorized party takes place without approval, a $650 party fee will be charged to the guest. - Our neighborhood. Our home is in a quiet, established, family- and kid-friendly neighborhood. We ask that all guests respect the neighborhood by driving slowly, keeping an eye out for children, pets, and neighbors while driving and parking. Parties or disturbances of any kind are not permitted on the property. We are thrilled for guests to enjoy the pool, spa, and lovely outdoor spaces, but we must ask for quiet time after 10:00 p.m. That means that music, conversation, and other noises are not allowed to spill past our property line. Indoor voices, please! - No smoking. We have a strict no-smoking policy. Please, no smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, vaping) on the premises. Any smoking will result in immediate eviction, a fine of up to $250, and an additional cleaning fee for smoking-related litter, odors, or other damage. - All pets require pre-approval by the host. Dogs allowed only, owner is highly allergic to cats. A $60 nonrefundable fee per animal is required. Dog must be at least 2 years old and housebroken. Please understand that as a pool property, there is no place for a pet to defecate in the backyard. Please take your dog, on leash, to the front yard or on a walk around the neighborhood to defecate, and always clean up after your dog. If a pet is brought onto the property without approval by the host, the pet fee plus a $200 penalty will be invoked. Animals are not allowed on the beds or furniture at any time. No animals may be left alone in the dwelling or on the property, but must be with the owner at all times unless secured in a closed crate. Owner will be responsible for any damage caused by the pet, and/or for any extra cleaning required. Thank you for your understanding. - Longer stays may require an additional cleaning charge if a deep clean is needed. - Bookings for Thanksgiving and Christmas are big cooking holidays and usually require additional cleaning. Please be aware of this. Our cleaning company may charge an additional fee for heavy kitchen use. - No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Thanks for understanding!
