This is the perfect getaway for your next family gathering! With all of these amenities, it’ll feel like your own private resort. The pool will open mid-May. This spacious, custom-built home with 2.2 acres of land is one of a kind. You'll have access to unique amenities such as the wet bar, fireplace, basketball court, hot tub, saltwater pool, and pool house. The wrap around porch and large windows offer opportunities to spot deer and bird watch. You’ll have lots of privacy & chances to unwind in this natural light-filled home. There's plenty of room to cook and enjoy a special meal. We recommend staying 3 days (especially in the warmer months) to fully enjoy everything available to you on this property. Large open concept kitchen and main floor allows guests to spread out while still maintaining contact with others on the first floor. The wrap around porch is a great place to sit and take in the views while enjoying a nice meal or beverage. You can also enjoy drinks served from the wet bar next to the dining room! Bedrooms are large and offer great views of the pool or outdoors. All beds, mattresses, and sheets are brand new! The pool house is a great place to cook & hang out. It also has 2 futons who anyone who might want to sleep outside for a "glamping" like experience. The full, outdoor bathroom is convenient when spending time outside as well! This is a great location for: *special family weekends (graduations from Towson, Goucher, or Loyola) *workplace retreats or getaways *intimate gatherings of friends/family *people looking to relax and unwind *people who are looking to spend time in nature *people in town for local sporting events *groups of friends/family who are in town for a wedding *families who want to getaway while still being COVID-cautious There’s an extra fee for more than 10 guests. This is our home, so we’re looking for guests who will take good care of it during their time here. No parties permitted on this property. Guest access Free on-site parking is available with 2 parking pads that can accommodate up to 7 cars. A personal vehicle is essential for getting around. Self-check in is available for your convenience. Other things to note Close proximity to Baltimore City, Ladew Gardens & the NCR trail where you can hike, run, or go biking or tubing. The closest grocery stores are also only 3-5 minutes away. You will have access to everything shown in pictures on VRBO (and more). Owners may be staying in the ground floor in-law suite, depending on their travel plans. This space is locked off from the rest of the home and has a completely separate entrance. As such, it is unlikely that you would see us during your stay. If you needed something, however, we would be available to assist.
