The other 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Located at a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in gated community.  The ideal vacation spot for families.  Free Parking two inside the garage and two spaces available in the driveway. 21 miles-drive to Walt Disney World / 27 miles to Universal.  Guest will have privacy and will enjoy the whole house. The house is located in Marbella South in Davenport, Florida, 33897 in a very quiet neighborhood, near shopping, food markets, restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs with easy route to Disney World. - Disney (21 miles), Sea World (24 miles), Universal (29 miles), Convention Center (19 miles), Legoland (17 miles), Great Golf Courses at Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club (19 miles). - Supermarkets: Publix (2 miles), Walmart (4 miles). - Family Dollar (1.6 miles) - Close to several restaurants, cafe and pizzeria. - 1-2 miles to several Parks with playgrounds, lakes, basketball court, etc. * 2,772 Square feet * 2 Story home * Downstairs: - Bedroom 1:  1 king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan. - 1 master bathroom with tub and shower. - 1 guest bathroom. - Living / dining room area, full equipped kitchen, family room, breakfast area, laundry room, garage, patio, pool, jacuzzi. * Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: 1 Full size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan. - Bedroom 3: 2 Twin bed Minnie Mouse themed, smart TV, ceiling fan. - Bedroom 4: 1 Full size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan. - Bedroom 5: 2 Twin bed, smart TV, ceiling fan. - 2 bathrooms: 1 bathtub / 1 shower * Optional Pool heating $140 per stay (up to 7 days stay) * Smart TVs in each of the 5 bedrooms and family room. * Central AC / Ceiling fans * Full size washer and dryer (laundry detergent not provided) * BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $75 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested 48 hours prior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies. * Few travel size toiletries provided * Freshly-cleaned bath, hand and pool towels * Hairdryers * Free Parking two car garage and 2 spaces at driveway * Gated community * Self check-in with unique personal code Crib and highchair available for rent, inquiry after booking. * We ask our guests to verify ID prior to check-in. * Parties are not allowed in the house. * POOL/SPA: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 7 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 2 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The guest is responsible for any damage of any kind to the property caused or contributed to by the guest, members of the guest party or by invitees of the guest. All  Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Hosts.
