Pretty house 4* of 190 m² and its beautiful garden, located in the small village of Pennedepie, on the Côte Fleurie halfway between Honfleur (6 km) and Deauville (10 km). It is an ideal compromise to enjoy a relaxing stay in the countryside between the countryside and the beach. In the morning, enjoy Normandy tourism, Deauville architecture, shops and markets around the famous port of Honfleur. During the day, you will be at the beach in 10 minutes on foot! Then relax on the fully fenced terrace, facing south for beautiful evenings of sharing between laughter, barbecue, swing & games. Good to know: The property is located 16 meters from the road. Therefore, even if the house is fully equipped with double glazing, the passage of cars can be heard during the day from the garden. Be careful of passing cars when leaving the private road.
