After a day spent beachcombing or boogie boarding, you'll be greeted back at home by plentiful outdoor space - including a rooftop deck with beautiful views of the harbor and ocean. Step inside to find an open living area on the main level, where large windows and glass doors let in an abundance of natural light. The living room has comfortable sofas and a flatscreen cable TV, while the kitchen around the corner features stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, a gas stove, and a dishwasher), richly hued wood cabinetry, and an adjacent dining room table for eight. Spending time outdoors is equally pleasant, whether you're bringing the provided boogie board, beach chairs, and umbrella to the beach or coming home to rinse off in the outdoor shower. There are multiple levels of deck space - a ground-floor patio with built-in bench seating, a deck off the living room with tables for al fresco dining, and a rooftop terrace with a gas grill, a sink and a minifridge, and lovely ocean views. At night, you'll have three bedrooms to choose from to provide a restful night's sleep. Additional amenities include a desk workspace in the twin bedroom, free WiFi throughout the house, and a stacked washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
