This delightful cabin sits on over an acre of land and features beautiful views of the forest. It is perfect for quiet time relaxing in nature for a large group of friends or an entire family. Inside the rental property are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a gameroom with lots of fun activities. The three bedrooms are of differing size. There is a bedroom & bath on each level. One is a king master suite, two queen bedrooms & a twin over full bunk bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. This includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the needed utensils. Also, there are large living areas with comfortable seating and even a game room with a pool table. There is a stacked wood burning fireplace, large bay window in the dining room, granite countertops, air conditioning and free WIFI. But, the very best part of this forest rental is the screened-in porch where the sounds of the rushing water down near the firepit makes it the best spot to relax. This incredible cabin sits right on the river's edge. Surrounding the rental is miles of pristine forest wilderness. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. This property offers a private hot tub. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
