Diamante House is located in Lazise, about 600 meters from the beach with direct access via a pedestrian gate and 2.5 km from the historical center of Lazise. The 65 sqm house can accommodate up to 5 people. On the first floor there is the kitchenette with induction stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Toaster, kettle and coffee machine provided. The bright living area with table and chairs overlooks a large terrace with partial lake view and a view of the wonderful planted garden. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate an adult or a child. The double bedroom has a spacious wardrobe, the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be joined together. The bathroom has a spacious showerbox and bidet. Smart-TV, Wi-Fi and air contitioning at disposal. On the ground floor there is a spacious covered terrace furnished with sofas, barbecue, table and chairs for peaceful outdoor dining overlooking the large garden. Small swimming pool at guests disposal. The car can be parked inside the property. On the ground floor there is a second bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine, small kitchenette and refrigerator. Small pets allowed upon request. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. The total price consists in: - RENTAL AMOUNT paid directly to the owner of the property - GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, assistance and support, reservation management, mailing and communication) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.
