ED Refnr. 2771825 A very comfortable holiday house in the upper Erzgebirge near Oberwiesenthal This holiday house is on the outskirts of Sehmatal-Cranzahl and is surrounded by meadows and forests with a view of the mountain Bärenstein. The house was built in 1998 and was last renovated in 2014. The house of around 78m² is ideal for four adults and a child till 12 years. It has a generous living room with a sofa suite, a coffee table, cable TV and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an electric stove, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (200cm wide), the other with two single beds (90cm wide). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The owner can provide a highchair, children’s toys and a junior bed/cot free of charge. Heating and free Wi-Fi are available throughout the house and there is partial underfloor heating. A fan is available. In the outdoor area you can find a large roofed garden terrace with garden furniture, a sun shade and a grill. There is also a little playground with a wavy slide, a garden swing, a trampoline and a swimming pool for kids. There is a cosy roofed balcony on the first floor. You can end the day with a sociable grill evening. There are two private and free parking spaces right on site. Pets are allowed on request. As the owner lives on site, you have a direct local contact person for queries or suggestions. Very close to the house you can find a supermarket and a butcher with a bakery stand. It is only 7 minutes by car to the Czech Republic. The Räuchermannmuseum, the Cranzahl dam and the steam-driven Fichtelbergbahn train to Oberwiesenthal are also nearby. You can visit the Suppenmuseum and the Räucherkerzenmanufaktur of the Huss company in Neudorf. The mountain town Annaberg-Buchholz with its countless sights is just 8km from the house.
