The apartment is surrounded by greenery and tranquility. It can accommodate up to 5 people; it consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and finally a veranda with a panoramic view. It will be possible for you to have lunch on the veranda and possibly use the barbecue located in the garden. The garden is shared with the other guests of the house, as is the washing machine. We advise our guests to have a car, if you request it we are available to put you in touch with the most competitive car rentals in the area! The nearest beach is that of Formicoli, the beautiful beach of Formicoli which is about 1.5 km away, while those of Tropea about 3 km. To know: - The prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas, wi-fi; - The kitchen of the apartment is complete with cutlery, plates and basic cookware. Obviously the coffee maker is present. - The linen service (bed and bath towels) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site, it has a cost of Euro 10 per person every time you request it. If you do not need the linen, because it is already in place, obviously you will not incur any costs. - On request, a transfer service from / to the airport and from / to Tropea station is available for a fee. - Small pets are allowed on request by paying an extra supplement of € 30 per stay per pet.
