The old manor house and the annexes were recently renovated, taking account of local tradition, as well as modern comfort. It therefore provides an ideal destination for all those visiting Umbria, or who would like to enjoy a holiday without stress. The manor house has three floors. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room, a TV room with Eurosat channels, a large kitchen with a stone fireplace and a dishwasher. The first floor consists of a living room with a fireplace and seven bedrooms, while the second floor has four bedrooms, of which one has a third bed. All the bedrooms on both floors each have their own bathroom. The accommodation totals around 550m². Three cots are available, two free of charge and one payable (see price list). Outside, next to the roofed veranda and the private rooms, there is a swimming pool with a solarium and automatic securing system for maintaining the water temperature. There are two apartments in an adjoining building, one of which is used by the owner, while the other is free and very useful if the manor house does not provide enough space to accommodate all guests in the group. This apartment consists of a lounge with a cooking niche, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower. The large park, the extensive common rooms and the family chapel make the property an ideal place for a truly relaxing holiday or for arranging ceremonies and workshops. All in the inviting atmosphere of an old country estate. Meetings can be arranged on request in a hall for up to 60 people. The farm also has a large industrial kitchen and a boccia area.
