The house consists of 3 units each with its own portion of independent garden. The first unit consists of an apartment of 60 square meters at street level, the second apartment (private) is located on the ground floor where there is also a third unit consisting of a 25 square meter one-room apartment. The apartment can be rented individually or together with the single room on the floor below. This solution is ideal for hosting two couples of friends or a family with grandparents. The cottage has a common laundry area with sink and washing machine. The annex is a single room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
