Polgwedhen Lodge is stylish holiday property in complete seclusion peace and tranquillity, enjoying a private lakeside position, amidst extensive lightly wooded gardens, home to an abundance of wildlife. There are no other lodges here and no close neighbours. You will have the site all to yourself, but we are on hand if you need us. We carry out deep cleaning disinfectant procedures, and check in and out are contactless. As the Lodge is one on its own with abundant outdoor space and fresh air and there are no close neighbours, the environment is safe and naturally social-distanced. On the veranda there are outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining, directly overlooking the lake, and there is a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue for lazy summer days. Inside there is an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining space. The bedroom features a double mahogany 4 Poster bed, and the shower room is en suite to the bedroom. Co-ordinating fabrics in soft pastels complement the natural wood floors, walls and ceilings and vaulted ceilings give a light airy feel. Polgwedhen Lodge is one on its own in the private grounds of Polgwedhen Farm - this is not a holiday complex - and is an oasis of peace and calm, yet all the major attractions of Cornwall, a host of towns and pretty villages and both North and South coasts are easily reached. A perfect rural retreat, just for two.
