It features two shared swimming pools, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Sinalunga, where you will find restaurants and shops. Villa Arconte B is located on the top floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the garden going up a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. To stay at Villa Arconte B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; Wi-Fi Internet connection; linens and towels; electricity.Available upon request: heating; baby bed. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out). Swimming Pool 2 The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. Garden The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Living Room The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
