In the south of Sardinia, situated between the pine forests and crystal clear water of the sea in Pula, this inviting holiday home is part of the private residential complex Residenza Gabriele. The holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa bed (for one person), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, cable television and a washing machine. Furthermore, the property is especially family-friendly as it offers a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. In the communal outdoor area of the property, you will find a generous pool lined regional vegetation, where you can spend long afternoons under the warm sun. There is furthermore a communal shower. On your long, private veranda, equipped with a comfortable lounge area and a dining table, you are invited to round off a long day at the beach with a delicious dinner in the fresh air and look out over your private garden. In 5 km, you will reach the centre of Pula with a collection of supermarkets, local restaurants, bars and cafes. Additionally, the stunning beaches along the sandy coastline, including Spiaggia di Nora, Spiaggia dei Fichi and Spiaggia di Su Guventeddu are at most 2.8 km or a 5-minute drive away. Here you can relax on the soft, white sand of Sardinia and admire the gorgeous turquoise water of the sea. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. The first set of bed linens and towels are included in the price. The pool is open from end of June to 15 September. Please note it is not allowed to barbecue at the property. because of Covid 19 the pool will remain closed.
