There are 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a downstairs toilet. Welwyn Garden City shops including John Lewis department store and the Howard Centre, restaurants, sports facilities at Gosling Sports Park and Stanborough Lakes, the mainline train station that’s between Kings Cross and Cambridge and the many business parks are all within a couple of miles. Within walking distance are the Woodhall shops for all your everyday essentials, the family friendly Chieftain pub and a library is across the road. Our house offers a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen smart TV with Sky and full Wi-Fi services. All linen and towels are provided in the price and changed weekly. To welcome you our house, we offer complimentary tea and coffee. For additional piece of mind, our property comes with secure electronic gates that open with a touch of a fob from the comfort of your car. Once through the gates, the area opens into a large courtyard that provides safe, off street parking for 2 non-commercial vehicles (parking for commercial vehicles is available very close by). There is a private back garden, with a patio and grass area. The accommodation is suitable for singles, couples, families and corporate guests or tourists that would like to explore the Hertfordshire countryside and beyond.   Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
