Charming little studio located on the 4th floor is perfect for Parisian getaways. Ideally distributed, it has a bathroom, a semi-open fitted kitchen that opens onto the living room where you will find the sofa bed of very high quality. Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers. The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it. In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied. Between the Canal de la Villette where you can have a nice walk and the mythical Parc des Buttes Chaumont in which you can enjoy cocktails at the Rosa Bonheur or just a few steps away from the Père Lachaise cemetery, a place to visit appreciated by music lovers and other history enthusiasts, you can enjoy this very lively district, full of restaurants and terraces where you will find all the culinary know-how of the world.
