Ocean art adorns my spacious & gorgeous home in Moss Beach. My house is just 0.3 miles to the ocean. You can walk to beaches, tide pools, ocean-front restaurants & coastal trails in 10 mins. I'm an experienced Superhost. This house is on the 1st floor. So, it is very cool & comfortable. My home is also perfect for remote work and week-long vacations. This home is on the 1st floor of a 2-story house in Moss Beach, CA. It has: * a spacious living room with 55" Smart TV, * large kitchen, * dining area that seats 8+ people, * 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed & 2 queen beds * 2 full bathrooms, * a study area, and, * a large sunny backyard with outdoor furniture. On the 2nd floor is another Airbnb home. While all spaces are separate, the foyer is the only common area shared by both homes. You may enjoy the California weather from our backyard. At night, enjoy a glass of wine when listening to the sounds of the ocean & enjoying the fresh ocean air. Our home is less than 0.3 miles from the Pacific Ocean. On a quiet night with high tides, you may also go to sleep listening to the roaring ocean waves :) Here are the amenities that you can enjoy. ✓ Free parking in our driveway. ✓ 55” Roku Smart TV.
