This wonderful 4 bedroom townhouse is situated in the complex El Mirador del Mar, in the beautiful area of Bahia de Casares, Casares Costa. This pretty, multi levelled complex is styled on a Spanish village and offers a pool area with a large pool, sun loungers, parasols and a separate kids pool. There is parking on the plot. El Mirador del Mar is close to the prestigious golf courses in the area and is within a short drive to the beach and sea. The townhouse is arranged over 2 floors and benefits from plenty of natural light flooding in from the patio doors and windows. The apartment is accessed via steps down from the communal area. On the entrance level of the apartment there is a large hallway which leads into the spacious lounge/diner. The lounge area is fitted with a large corner sofa, TV, lounging chairs and gives access to the south-east facing terrace. The dining area is fitted with a dining table and chairs and also gives access to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a BBQ, lounging chairs and terrace sofa and armchairs with matching coffee table. There is also a hot tub on this terrace. The town of Sabinillas is just a few kilometres away, offering all the amenities to make for an easy holiday including restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets.
