Across the room, the kitchen has an inbuilt pantry, a breakfast bar with seating for four as well as appliances such as a 4 slice toaster, microwave and sandwich press, while the dining area has an extendable table with seating for eight. Coming off of this open plan space is a central hallway that leads to all three bedrooms as well as the newly renovated family bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and a separate laundry with washing machine. The main bedroom, located at the very end of the hallway, features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, airconditioner, walk-in wardrobe and a newly renovated ensuite. On the other side of the hallway, the further two bedrooms come with a queen bed and a tri-bunk respectively. A portacot and high chair are available. The backyard can be accessed off of both the dining area and the laundry and features an undercover deck with outdoor setting/dining, gas BBQ and outdoor shower. As well as the deck, the rest of the backyard comes fully fenced and features a generous turfed area, perfect for the children to play. At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.
