Water Edge Suites is a 4-plex condo building located a very short walking distance from Downtown Ludington and the amazing Lake Michigan beachfront! Located right at the corner of West Ludington Avenue and Lakeshore Drive, you won't find a better location to serve as your home base. AMENITIES INCLUDE: air conditioning, outdoor patio with seating, short walk to beach, grill's, shared laundry off patio area. WIFI and cable TV included. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. A drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: This condo is located just a few minutes’ walk to Lake Michigan, downtown Ludington, and Stearns Park. Also, you will be about only a 30-minute drive to Manistee and Little River Casino! Arrival information is emailed to you a few days prior to your check-in date which will provide directions, parking and entry information for the rental. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. The Space: Our space provides you with a lot of at home comforts. Couch, chairs and a kitchen table. A full kitchen with every thing you could need to make great memories during your stay. Full size refrigerator for all your yummies. 2 bed rooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed, great for the kids. The other has a queen bed. Washer and dryer access. Guest Access: We have self check in service. 3 days before you arrive we will send you a message with your check in instructions. The Neighborhood: Our neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood! Walk to the beach, ice cream and restaurants. Put put golf and play ground across the street. Getting Around: One of the best way to get around is walking or biking as everything is a short walk away. Ludington does not offer Uber or Lyft at this time. They do have a few taxi services in the area. We recommend Google searching Ludington taxi service, if a ride is needed. Other Things to Note: Please note deposit is due at time of booking.
