The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor. There is a security camera on the external of the front door & external back gate and a Minut Home Security Device on in the living room. - No Pets - No smoking (£200 fee) - Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checks out by 10 AM (Early check-in and late checkout may be available please contact us for more details) - No fires -No parties - £250 Fine - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - £200 fine - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking. - No use of hot tub between hours of 22:00 - 07:00. £200 Fine - Unauthorised late check-out will incur a fee of £100 - All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk.
