Plus another undercover outdoor lounge area. Entry to the apartment is via external access. 🌟 Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. This can be extended to a maximum of 11 guests with trundle beds for up to 3 children. Guests will not have access to the garage, there is plenty of off street parking on the driveway for cars and boats. **Before you contact us please be aware we have a max occupancy of 8 adults. We do allow up to 11 guests in the house however 3 of the beds are suitable for small children only.** Sorry we do not accept schoolies, bucks, hens and large groups of adults looking to party. Guests travelling with pets agree to pay for any extra cleaning or damage caused by their pet. Any damage/extra cleaning will be taken from the deposit after checkout.
