The door existing between the studio and house is locked so there is no access between the house and studio. The studio is not included in the renting package and has been used for long-term rental. Please show your lovely smile to the neighbour if you see him outside of the house. The Garage is also not included in the renting package. However there are plenty street parking. If you need to use the garage please let me know and I will arrange it for you. ★ Rubbish Collection Day★ You will have to take the bins out to the kerb on Wednesday for collection. If in doubt, contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in. ★ COVID-19 Sanitisation★ Healths, safety and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us.
