All hard surfaces including counters, switches, handles, and remote controls are disinfected. Fabrics are disinfected with Lysol, and all linens are washed in hot water with non-chlorine bleach. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown. You can easily walk to most places, including downtown. If you're venturing to other areas of Pittsburgh, Uber / Lyft is super easy and affordable. Parking for one vehicle is on street (guest permit required) or in local garages - the closest is 1 block away at AGH James Street Garage. If below rules are in conflict with our general Ts & Cs, the more strict rule applies. 1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only; PLEASE no butts on the ground. An up to $1,500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is confirmed inside. 2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Homeowner has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4). At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever. Additional overnight guests not disclosed to Host will be charged at $29 per guest per night. 3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: The apartment is not child proof. Sharp corners tip hazards etc. Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing' and accept the risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
