NORTH DISCOVERY This superbly set up holiday property is perfect for a family or two to share, with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings. The main bedroom and living area is air-conditioned and has WIFI. Located in a quiet street in the heart of Agnes Water township backing onto natural bushland and is an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The property is set up for boaties with easy parking for two large boats, an extra chest freezer plus bar fridge. Just 500m stroll to the beach and 5km drive to the 1770 boat ramp. Features: 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 (maximum of 8 adults only). Air-conditioned main bedroom with queen bed, linen, fans and ensuite. 2 nd bedroom with queen bed, linen and fans. 3 rd bedroom with 2 king singles. 4 th bedroom with 1 x tri bunk (double on bottom and single on the top) plus another set of bunk beds (2 singles). There is also a kids trundle bed if required. 2 x lounge rooms both with TV - main open plan area is air-conditioned plus free WIFI. Dining setting and fully self-contained kitchen with family size fridge and dishwasher. Spacious deck area with alfresco setting and Weber BBQ, 2 nd drink fridge and large chest freezer. Main bathroom has a bath and shower, and there is a separate laundry with washer and dryer. Plenty of parking up the side and at front of the property for 2 x large boats. Parking is outdoors (garage shed not available to guests). All linen supplied, just bring you beach towels. Sorry, no pets. This property is non-smoking and an excellent venue for family gatherings.
