With a fresh contemporary design and fantastic features like an enclosed hot tub, saltwater pool, 2-level deck, fire pit, fully-equipped kitchen, playroom, and large yard, this is the perfect spot to call home base. *Not pet friendly due to allergies, sorry, no exceptions.* The pool is open and swim-ready for Memorial Day Weekend. *The pool is closed after Labor Day Weekend.* It is an above-ground saltwater pool with wood decking around the pool with gated entry to pool stairs. 4 ft. deep AC window units in all bedrooms (except nursery and office of the primary suite) as well as an AC unit in the Living room and the Kitchen. AC units installed Memorial Day Weekend. Our property management company, Home Sweet Hudson, is available to provide you with Guest Support. The Primary Bedroom Suite has the optional attached nursery with crib and twin bed as well as an attached office with a double bed. We don't include the double bed in our bedroom count because the room is inside the primary bedroom suite. A car is necessary, 4wd recommended for winter months.
