Accommodation description: This authentic 'en pierre' house is situated on a hill on the edge of the forest in the border region of the Dordogne and the Lot. The region is called the Bouriane and is known for its forests, hills, rocks and rivers. A beautiful region, not far from the big tourist attractions, but still quiet and above all worth discovering! This house has been completely renovated, and the French owner lives just around the corner. He grants you all privacy, but is there when needed. There are 4 bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with a sitting area, but perhaps you will stay more on your terrace, with beautiful views over the rolling countryside and of course enjoy your own pool! There is plenty of garden furniture and a good BBQ. Montcabrier is a few km away and has a bakery, but for your shopping you should go to Fumel at about 8 km.
