This modern sun-filled home is beautifully furnished and perfect as a base for your family or friends trip down the coast. Inside you can relax with the family on the many couches and watch Netflix in the air conditioning (living area only), or head outside and relax in the sun-soaked backyard with a cold drink, a board game and some tunes on the portable Bluetooth speaker. The two-storey property has plenty of room to relax and spread out, with two living areas, three dining areas, an upstairs balcony, a plant-filled backyard to spread out across with privacy from the neighbours, and a secure fence to keep your pets safe and happy whilst you unwind. When it’s time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the modern kitchen or enjoy the cooling sea breeze as you cook up a storm on the front balcony BBQ. Up to eight people can turn in comfortably for the night across four bedrooms (you get the king bed with the ensuite of course!) and three bathrooms ensure no long lines in the morning. When it’s time to get out and about, The Art House is perfectly placed to explore the beautiful town of Culburra Beach. Head to the sands to splash in the sparkling waves and walk either north or south for spectacular views in the sunshine, before coming back to rinse off in the outdoor shower. If you don’t feel like cooking, the owners recommend The Little Snapper for great cocktails and food, and Loco Lane Mexican Cantina – both just a short drive or a leisurely walk away. There’s so much to see and do in this gorgeous coastal town, and so many different ways to unwind.
