Thirty minutes walk from the beach, ten minutes drive from the larger resorts such as Alicante and Santa Pola, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Six bed private villa, large garden with private pool and terrace to the rear of the property, there is a raised terrace to the front of the property. On entering the property you are in the lounge/diner, to the rear of the property there is a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms to the ground floor one double bedded with ensuite and one twin bedded room, there is also a family shower room. To the first floor there are two bedrooms one double bedded with ensuite, and one twin bedded room. There is a basement area with a lounge/games room, a further two bedrooms, one double bedded room and one twin bedded room, there is also a family shower room. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
