We have implemented rigorous cleaning processes, in line with CDC recommendations, to ensure that your stay is not just comfortable and safe but also sanitary. We look forward to hosting you! ** This four-bedroom home is sparkling clean, cozy and spacious. - Living room with Smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus already signed in and ready for your enjoyment - Large upper floor balcony with gorgeous views of Lake Washington and mountains - Kitchen is stocked with a stove, cookware, silverware, toaster, keurig coffee & tea, airfryer, slow cooker, and more! - Four bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 2 with queen beds. Beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet. Top sheets not provided as all sheets including duvet covers are professionally laundered after every guest. - Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs - Large fully-fenced outdoor backyard, perfect for pets FIRST FLOOR (UPPER): living room with smart TV, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and another with queen bed), 1 bathroom, access to outdoor balcony with views of Lake Washington LOWER FLOOR: master bedroom w/ king bed & ensuite bathroom, bedroom with queen bed with ensuite bathroom and laundry room, sitting area with views of backyard and piano Guest Access: The whole home is included in this rental except the garage. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. The Neighborhood: Lake Forest Park is a suburban neighborhood with cute shops and a number of dining options and is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the Seattle city center. Other Things to Note: - Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing pets. A $50/pet one-time cleaning fee (to be collected separately) will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. - Strictly no parties or events allowed in the home. $500 fine not including damages which will be assessed separately. Thank you for your cooperation. - No shoes in the house - Quiet hours begins at 10pm - 8am - All guests must verify their identify with Airbnb by submitting a government ID and provide at least two forms of communication (e.g. phone and email) - All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night
