The second floor master has one queen bed with a sky light and pac 'n' play. The other has two twin bunk beds so you can bring the kids along. Location, Location Location! Located close to a lake, hiking trails, indoor water parks (Split Rock, Kalahari, Great Wolf), Ski slopes (Big Boulder, Jack Frost), disc golf, Pocono Raceway, Mount Airy and more… Entire space is included in this rental (excluding the shed). Please, make yourself at home. Guests can also enjoy the lake for swimming and fishing (fishing license required). Paddle boat rentals are also available for a small fee. Guests also have access to our community volleyball court, basketball court, playground, pool (seasonal), arcade and restaurant. I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It’s up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Fresh linens and towels for up to 10 guests. We do not provide towels for the hot tub, lake or swimming. Wifi speeds - download = 304Mbps and upload = 13 Mbps Our cleaning fee is $250 due to the size of the house, providing clean linens and towels for each stay and the hot tub needing cleaned and disinfected after each use. If you let us know ahead of time that you will not be using the hot tub, we can take the $50 cleaning fee off the quote. However, if the hot tub is used during your stay we will need to add that charge back as we will need to have it cleaned and disinfected.
