You’ll have tons of great spots to hang out throughout this home, including two great living rooms. The main living area is spacious and open, anchored by a brick and mantle fireplace. It has a cozy eclectic feel and great seating to enjoy watching some TV. You’ll also have a 2nd living room that is more casual. It’s great for hanging out, with fun décor and a foosball table. The HUGE kitchen is a dream with tons of cabinet and counter space and built-in stainless steel appliances. With cookware and silverware included, you’ll have everything you need in this fully-equipped kitchen, whether you’re preparing your own fresh meals or enjoying some delicious local takeout. Enjoy your meals together around the table in the lovely dining room. You’ll have 5 gorgeous bedrooms so everyone will have plenty of room to comfortably spread out. Furnished with cozy high-end furniture, lavish bedding, and amazing décor, you’ll find the atmosphere relaxing and be able to get a good night’s rest no matter which room you’re in. The 3 bathrooms are all clean, modern, and nicely upgraded. A bathroom isn’t usually a place you want to spend a lot of time in but this master bath is so exquisite you’ll take your time in here. The designer bath is huge, with beautiful tiling, a soaking tub, and a standing shower. It’s a luxurious space that wouldn’t be out of place in a celebrity home. The outdoor space of this home is also amazing. You’ll have a great time back here in the privacy of your fully-fenced in yard. There is a large patio space with an outdoor dining area offering another great spot to enjoy your meals. You’ll also be able to lay back and relax on the lounge chairs or in the hammock. We are famous for our southern hospitality here. You’ll be conveniently situated just 20 minutes from DFW airport, 20 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and 35 mins to downtown Dallas. While both cities are full of wonderful attractions, Fort Worth has more of the Texas/Western feel, if that’s what you’re looking for. Close to home, you can find a few fun activities for the whole family. Calloway Branch Trail (6 minutes away) is a 1.9-mile loop trail that features beautiful wild florae. The trail has many activity options and is accessible year-round. The Mountasia Family Fun Center (10 minutes) features mini golf, go kart racing, batting cages, bumper boats, and a climbable rock formation. For even more fun, just 3 minutes away is Adventure World Playground which is a bigger venue offering similar activities, or if you’re interested in water activities, NRH2O Family Water Park is the place to go and is 10 minutes away. That’s 4 great attractions all under 10 minutes away! Fort Worth also has many must-see attractions with something for everyone. Sundance Square, recognized as one of the top downtown developments in America, is our shopping, restaurant, and entertainment hub and the heart of the city. Fort Worth Zoo, Stockyards National Historic District, the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum, and the Japanese Garden are just a few more of the amazing spots that Forth Worth has to offer! Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
