The lower level (Valley Retreat - Lower) is a separate rental both units offer privacy and have there own outside entrance. Exterior amenities and space are shared. After your daily Ozark adventures, you can retreat to the backyard swing, stargaze on the large hammock for up to three people or relax inside while watching TV and playing board games. Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake which is located across the bridge near the Marina. Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement. The rates for week-long stays are discounted. Typically Tuesday and Wednesday nights are at a considerable discount. If you do not see a discount reflected in the online quote, please ask. As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling. Above all, have a great stay. We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay. Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.
