Summary: Welcome to The Crest. Entirely renovated, fully stocked, well appointed, midcentury modern home located on a private drive with soaring expansive views of the valley. The open floor plan lends to conversations around the huge kitchen island, family dinners around the table or hanging out together in the living room watching a flix. Don't forget the outdoors, with patio seating, BBQ and unmatched views of PNW sunrises. (#18-243) The Space: The Crest is a 3 bed, 1 bath newly renovated mid century modern house that sleeps 5. There is additional sleeping on the couch, which is as wide as a full size bed, to accommodate a 6th person. The large living room is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and hangout space. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV, open floor plan, to easily allow all to comfortably enjoy each other's company. Take advantage of the large chef's kitchen in the heart of home as you all gather around the island and cook up a storm. Note: This home shares a wall with our smaller 1 bedroom suite. We have gone through great lengths to sound proof the two spaces. The other unit has a separate entrance and parking space. You should not be disrupted nor interact with the other guest. Guest Access: You have access to the entire house. The Neighborhood: We are conveniently located 1 minute to the freeway entrance (you cannot hear or see the freeway) and adjacent to a large hotel/conference center. There are 4 restaurants right out our back door (okay maybe a few minutes to walk there) and yet we are located on top of a secluded knoll with stunning unobstructed views of the valley. You will feel like you are in the country but only steps away from the action. We are also just a few minutes to Emigrant Lake and 2 miles from a winery! We are approximately 7 minutes drive from the house door to the downtown plaza/OSF theatre. Other Things to Note: As mentioned in the listing, there is a one bedroom suite that is semi-attached to the main house. We have taken great lengths to sound proof the one wall that is shared between the suite and the house. Guests of the suite have their own entrance as well as their own designated parking. Interaction with Guests: While we prefer to give guests their autonomy, we are close by and available at any time.
