The Space: Built in 1928, Kaluah is in a gated Palm Court with no traffic passing directly past the building. It is a renovated apartment, tastefully furnished with high ceilings and polished floors. It comprises a bedroom, full bathroom with bath, compact, fully-equipped kitchen, lounge room and a sun room with a sofa bed. The bedroom has another separate sun room. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the sun room. The sofa bed has a comfortable inner spring mattress and is suitable for one adult only. Parking is available in the street or nearby parking stations. (Some paid and some free street parking outside. Paid parking in nearby parking stations.) Bike and car share options are available in the street outside. Guest Access: Under bed storage contains personal items. Other than that the whole apartment is accessible and guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The Neighborhood: Although very quiet, the apartment is close to Kings Cross Station and nightlife, Potts Point cafes and restaurants and Rushcutters' Bay Park. Bondi Beach is a short bus ride away.
