Full check in details will be sent to you 2 days before you are due to arrive. If you need a car park ,you can park on Princes Wharf (except 4 hour & reserved spots) at a cost of $30 for 24 hours. The Neighborhood: Princes Wharf is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Aucklands most desired real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment across the road offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina, the ferry building is 5 mins walk and the Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by. Getting Around: The iconic Auckland ferry building is 5 mins walk with regular ferry services to some of Aucklands most pristine islands. The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city's original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. Other Things to Note: We know you will be respectful of our property and the neighbours but we want to make it very clear to you BEFORE you book, the property & booking restrictions & policies. Please be advised that for violations of the house and building rule(s) of this property, you agree to Pillo charging you for the violations without your consent once we are able to provide valid documentation. All charges are + GST. • NO PARTIES / GATHERING / EVENTS (formal or informal unless pre- approved by Pillo) • NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building & surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including all areas inside, outside any balcony/deck, common areas & on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am. • NO illegal substances or activity are allowed • No smoking, vaping or e- cigarettes Pillo violation charge for any breach is $250 (per breach) plus any building management & or security charges ($250 per notification) & any additional third party charges relating to the breach. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning and rubbish removal of $200. If carpet requires cleaning because of your actions, an additional $200 is payable. • If you LOCK YOURSELF OUT / LOOSE A KEY or swipe you are responsible for any charges the Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry and replacement costs • NO PETS are allowed on the premises unless pre – approved by Pillo • SOFA-BED: Please request use of any additional beds.
