Please be advised that for violations of the house and building rule(s) of this property, you agree to Pillo charging you for the violations without your consent once we are able to provide valid documentation. All charges are + GST. • NO PARTIES / GATHERING / EVENTS (formal or informal unless pre- approved by Pillo) • NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building & surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including all areas inside, outside any balcony/deck, common areas & on the street.
