Nelson House

Family home with 4 bedrooms*, 2 baths and fenced back yard. Great for families! Just a few blocks from the best coffee shops, restaurants and galleries on Alberta. We are currently only renting our home out mid-range, so 30+ days. We live in Guatemala for most of the year doing humanitarian work and travel back and forth occasionally with our 3 kids. We do have a local caretaker available for any urgent needs, a housekeeper available and can arrange other extra amenities as needed. Feel free to contact us with any questions! *To accommodate pandemic work-from-home needs, the fourth bedroom is currently set up as an office/second living space with a desk but does have a sleeper couch that can accommodate one person.
