The Beemster in North Holland is a polder that was reclaimed in 1612. The area is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The landscape on the Beemster is very Dutch, with wide meadows, great bike paths, small villages and districts as well as many beautiful farmhouses. Interesting cities such as Alkmaar, Hoorn and Amsterdam can be reached within half an hour by car. This farmhouse with a front building was completely restored in 2008 and furnished with taste and attention to detail. In the front building you get through the hallway into the large kitchen-cum-living-room with modern open kitchen, 18-person dining table and six-person seating area. An ideal place to spend time with friends, family or colleagues. Behind the farmhouse there is a large terrace and a garden with fruit trees. For the children there is a trampoline, playhouse and there are two go-karts. The house has five beautifully furnished bedrooms. The bedrooms have their own bathroom and one bedroom is handicap accessible. This holiday home is primarily intended to accommodate family groups.
