The downstairs uniquely designed bathroom consists of a bath with shower, vanity, separate toilet and laundry with washing machine for longer stay guest’s use. Upstairs is the very light and spacious open plan living area with lounge room and modern, fully self-contained kitchen with all the necessities you may require for your stay. Walk through out onto the back veranda that stretches the entire length of the house and enjoy a meal cooked up on the BBQ whilst enjoying the views of an Indian Ocean sunset. At the other end of the veranda is a very comfy sitting area to sit back and relax and maybe even watch the kangaroos come in in the evening. Upstairs is also the two bedrooms, both set up with queen beds. The master bedroom has glass sliding doors that open up onto your own private front veranda sitting area, another place to enjoy the view or even a cuppa and a sunrise over the golf course. The property has a very steep driveway with parking at the front for two vehicles. There is also a second back gravel/sandy driveway for more parking in the backyard. The garage is locked for the owners own personal use. Binningup beach is a popular holiday destination with the natural reef that runs parallel to the main swimming beach, providing a protected area for swimming, snorkelling, diving or beach fishing. The reef also provides safe access to its natural boat ramp for launching off on your next fishing adventure. There is also 4WD access to the south of the main beach or north of Westcoast Drive, a popular beach for surfing in the winter months.
