A back yard stream feeds a variety of birds, while golfers whiz by on the Ocean Point Golf Course. The extra large, deep screened in porch is the families favorite place to relax, read a book and enjoy family fun. An open air deck, on the 3rd floor, has plenty of seating and is perfect for sunbathing or star gazing. The first floor offers two en-suites, living room, bar area and kitchen with double ovens. The second floor has a 2nd living room, game playing table, bar with refrigerator, and 4 bedrooms, 2 queen en-suites and 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 each. Plenty of parking in the garage and on the driveway. A great spot to play basketball. We welcome your 4 legged family member for a small fee. We are thankful we have an elevator to help with luggage and groceries. A large dvd library, books and board games too. And a golf cart is available for your use when you rent "Eagle's Nest"! A few notes about the island - We are club members which means that the Club amenity cards are available for purchase. The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room. The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring. The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring. Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities. There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir.
